Iconic Apple Crumble 🄧

šŸŽ€ INGREDIENTS šŸŽ€

Filling:

1 kg Apples

½ cup Brown Sugar

Splash of Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Flour

1–2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder

Topping:

1 ½ cups Oats (I use wholegrain)

1 cup Soft Brown Sugar

1 cup Flour

150 g Butter

2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder

Pinch of Salt

šŸŽ€ METHOD šŸŽ€

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake.

  2. Peel and dice the apples, then squeeze lemon juice over them and mix.

  3. Add the sugar, flour, and cinnamon powder to the apples and mix well.

  4. Place the apples into an oven dish.

  5. In a clean bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the topping. Melt the butter and pour it into the dry mix.

  6. Sprinkle the topping over the apples, and bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the apples are cooked through.

  7. Serve with cream or French vanilla ice cream and enjoy! šŸŽšŸ„§
