Chocolate Chip Cookies πͺ

π INGREDIENTS π
75 g Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Chocolate Chips (I use Dark Ghana β Whittakerβs)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Β½ cups Plain Flour

π METHOD π

Melt the butter and sugar together, then mix well.

Once cooled, add the eggs and mix.

Add the dry ingredients, then stir in the chocolate chips.

Form into balls and place onto a tray (keep them as balls).

Fan bake at 160Β°Cβ180Β°C for 8β10 minutes.
